These Terms of Service apply to the use of cenure.co.uk and to all purchases made from Cenure Home. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. About Us

Cenure Home is an online retailer of home lighting products. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Use of the Website

  • The website may be used for personal, lawful purposes only.
  • Content on this website, including text, logos and images, may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • Customers must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and Information

  • We make every effort to describe products accurately, including dimensions, finishes and specifications.
  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
  • Hardwired light fittings should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with UK wiring regulations.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. See our Billing Terms and Conditions for payment details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact the customer before dispatch with the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

  • An order confirmation email is sent once an order is placed. The contract is formed when the order is dispatched.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if fraud is suspected. Any payment taken is refunded in full.

6. Shipping

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Processing takes approximately 1–3 business days and delivery takes 4–6 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details. These terms do not affect statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation or use of a product contrary to its instructions.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of the order applies to that order.
