- Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. The final total, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment.
- Prices may change from time to time. The price charged is the price shown at the time the order is placed.
5. Secure Payments
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Cenure Home does not store or have access to full card details.
6. Billing Descriptor
The charge appears on bank or card statements under the name CENURE HOME or a similar reference to our store.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and are returned to the original payment method.
- If there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers, we may hold, cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised, and we may ask for additional verification on some orders. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment taken is refunded in full.
