  • To send marketing emails, only where consent has been given. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process personal information to perform a contract (fulfilling orders), to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (running and improving the store, preventing fraud) and, for marketing and non-essential cookies, with consent.

4. Sharing Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, such as Shopify (website hosting), payment providers, couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) and email services. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the website and, with consent, analytics and marketing cookies. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time through the cookie banner or browser settings.

6. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

7. Data Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by law (normally 6 years). Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

8. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, customers have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of their personal information, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@cenure.co.uk. Complaints can also be made to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Security

We use secure, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
